-When an enquiry is received, a detailed survey of the customer’s premises is carried out to obtain a complete understanding of the particular problem. This often includes recording temperature and airflow measurements around the building. Design calculations are prepared and a solution is then tailored using a wide range of ventilation, air conditioning and heating products. Proposals are then drawn up for consideration by the client.
