- We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000** The relocation package is for anyone who is joining CWP in a clinical role at Band 5 or above, who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership. To be eligible for the relocation payment, you must live more than 40 miles from the base/location of the post you are applying for and you would need to relocate to within 15 miles of the new base. This is an exciting time to work in eating disorder with CWP acting as Lead provider in the "Empowered" NW Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative which will inform and drive service improvements in the coming years.
As significant support is available from a close team , as well as peer support from the managers of CWP's other community Eating Disorder services, we encourage people with strong experience of working in mental health, even if with limited experience in eating disorder, will consider applying.
We are keen to welcome to the team, a highly motivated individual with a drive to improve care for people with an eating disorder, and to lead the service which is based in Bolton. The post combines management of the service as well as working with individual service users and their families.
You will provide clinical leadership for the team. You will work with the team and ED clinical staff from across the trust to continually improve services according to the developing evidence base.
The senior leadership within CWP Eating Disorder services, consisting of other Team managers , Head of Clinical Service and the Consultant Psychiatrists provide a network to support your development of the service.
You will conduct assessments and provide treatment for a small caseload for people with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or the atypical variants of these. The Team also provide treatment for ARFID.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
