- Spearhead complex geotechnical projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions - Mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, driving growth and expanding our capabilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in geotechnical engineering, with a strong understanding of software like PLAXIS and Holebase
- Demonstrated experience in geology, geoenvironmental assessments, and ground investigation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to working within a team structure, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A first degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Engineering Geology
- An MSc in Geotechnical Engineering, which would be an added advantage
- Chartered membership of the ICE or Geological Society, demonstrating your commitment to professional development
