- Spearhead complex geotechnical projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions - Mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, driving growth and expanding our capabilities
Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in geotechnical engineering, with a strong understanding of software like PLAXIS and Holebase
• Demonstrated experience in geology, geoenvironmental assessments, and ground investigation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to working within a team structure, with a focus on continuous improvement

• A first degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Engineering Geology
• An MSc in Geotechnical Engineering, which would be an added advantage
• Chartered membership of the ICE or Geological Society, demonstrating your commitment to professional development
