Delivery & Installation Driver - Bolton area

Are you reliable, customer-focused and enjoy being out on the road? Join a friendly, professional deliveries team delivering and installing white goods, TVs and cookers across the Bolton area. You'll be the face of the business in customers' homes - providing helpful demos, safe installations and outstanding service.
What you'll do

Safely deliver, install and demonstrate white goods, televisions and cookers at customers' homes.

Keep customers informed and confident throughout the delivery and installation, following best-practice guidance.

Maintain regular contact with your site/team during the day to manage changes, escalate unexpected issues and adapt plans.

Use a handheld device to log visits and capture customer signatures.

Liaise with manufacturers at point of delivery when required.

Handle all products carefully and support colleagues to do the same.

Load, secure and manage changing vehicle loads throughout the day using provided equipment (straps, sack barrows etc.).

Ensure full compliance with transport legislation, driving regulations and company health & safety policies.

Drive safely and courteously, representing the company professionally at all times.

Collect and return tote boxes and store products when needed.

Strong verbal communication skills - comfortable on the phone and face-to-face in customers' homes.

Able to meet the physical demands of the role and follow manual handling/health & safety best practice.

Ability to work flexibly - independently or as part of a team.

Calm problem-solver who uses initiative to satisfy customer and business needs.

Previous experience driving a 7.5T vehicle, or eligible to train towards the license (for example: 6 months' 3.5T driving experience with no driver-blame accidents and no more than 3 new points).

Commitment to continuous professional development: maintain driving licence and required training.
