RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent, well established company based in Bolton who are looking for an all around accounts administrator. This is a really excellent hands role, where you will be involved in accounts and administrative duties.
Duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Checking nominal codes
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Supplier statements
- Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter
- Opening new customer accounts
- General administrative duties; answering the phone, filing and dealing with all queries

Skills:
- Strong IT skills
- AAT qualified or studying would be an advantage
