Job Teaching Assistant, Bolton

You'll have:

• Previous experience in a classroom or school setting (TA/support role, helping small groups, 1:1 support, or classroom cover)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to support pupils, staff and adapt to different teams

• Flexibility and a professional attitude - responding to different school routines, age ranges and learning needs

• A good level of organisational and behavioural management skills - able to assist the teacher, support learning and maintain order

• Willingness to undertake induction or training via Tradewind to refresh or enhance your TA skills

Ideal candidate:
You're someone who enjoys working with children, is adaptable and ready to join a team and step into new schools when needed. You may appreciate the variety of daily cover or you may prefer settling into one school long-term, with the potential for a permanent move if that feels right.
