Our client is a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing Department based in Bolton.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent typing and IT skills (MS Office; experience with LEAP is advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of legal terminology and conveyancing procedures (preferred)
What will your role look like?
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, appointments, and case files
- Liaising with clients and third parties to support smooth transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing efficient administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
